*serves 2-4 (depending on how much each person eats)*
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced in half long ways
- 2-3 Tb. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup ground pistachios
- dash of cinnamon OR
- dash of oregano
- Put the ground pistachios and your preferred spice in a ziplock bag.
- Throw the chicken in and shake it around
- Heat up the oil in a medium frying pan over medium heat
- Once the oil is heated, throw your chicken in and let each side cook for about 6-8 minutes.
- Enjoy!
