Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 2 frozen oranges
- 2 large handfuls of frozen blueberries
- 1/2 C plain Greek yogurt
- 3 Tb. agave
- 1 Tb. ground flax seed
- 1/4 C of rice, almond, or dairy milk (only if it needs to be thinned out)
- Mix in a blender and serve.
