Ingredients
- 1 can organic garbanzo beans
- 1 Roma tomato,chopped
- 5 Tb. chopped red onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 cup peas
- 3 Tb. olive oil
- 1 1/2 Tb. red wine vinegar
- 1 Tb. agave
- dash of oregano
- sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 3 cups of prepared quinoa
- crumble feta cheese (optional)
- Mix it all together.
- Ummmm...what else? Oh wait. That's all. Okay your done. Good job!
